The purpose of the Executive Committee is to determine the eligibility of a candidate organization and make a recommendation to the Sarasota COAD, review recommendations from staff to reduce or terminate the status of an organization, accept the voluntary termination of membership from an organization, and act on behalf of the Sarasota COAD when decisions must be made before regularly scheduled meetings or as a result of a disaster.
